福州船员管理分公司成立于1998年10月，隶属福建省轮船总公司。福州船员管理分公司目前拥有2000余名船员，他们均符合STCW公约要求，并持有STCW相应证书。其中职务船员大部份毕业于大连海事大学、上海海运学院和集美大学等知名航海学府，并先后经过原油洗舱、卫星通信、船舶自动化、GMDSS、ISM等专业培训;普通船员均受过中等以上教育，并接受过岗位业务、英语、电气焊等培训。他们能服务于环球航线的散货、杂货、油轮、集装箱等类型的船舶，是一支业务好、守纪律、能吃苦、敬业精神和服务意识强的专业化的外派海员队伍，二十几年来，先后服务于国内外三十余家公司的一百余艘船舶，以优质的服务受到了船东、租家的称赞。

Fuzhou Manning Service Company
(FMSC) was established on October 1998. It belongs to Fujian
Shanghai Company (FUSCO)FUSCO has a workforce of more than 2000
crew, who meet the requirement of STCW, and hold appropriate
certificate. Most of the officers and engineers graduated from
Dailian Maritime University, shanghai Marine University, Jimei
University and other famous marine colleges in China, They have
had the professional training in crude oil washing, satellite
communications, ship automation operation, GMDSS and ISM. The
averages have graduated from professional schools and colleges
and received profession, English, electric& gas welding,
and other crafts training. They can serve on various types of
vessels such as bulk carrier, general cargo vessel, oil tanker,
container and etc. They are hard wording and highly disciplined
with excellent good skills and strong sense of service. Over
the past 20 years the crew have served more than 100 vessels
of 30 companies home and aboard and have been praised by ship
owners and charterers.
Management staffs of FMSC have good ability, and most of them
have the experience of working onboard and managing ashore.
The company can arrange the passports and visas for the crew
at the highest possible speed and carry out tracing administration
of the crew in the contract period, thus rendering good service
to ship owners home and abroad effectively at any time. FMSC
